After years of planning and creation, the eagerly awaited Stretton 2000 circuit extension has finally been opened. Taking the total circuit length to over 800m and one of the longest in the midlands. The extension allows racers to enjoy wide sweeping bends, high speed corners and superb visibility day or night. The track is open to the public in all sessions.
The alterations to the circuit mean that the original two braking points are missed out completely and are replaced by a single hairpin on the extension. The new track rises and falls with the local landscape, putting both the driver and the kart through it's paces. A new parking and paddock area are also added to the circuit next to the extension, access to the track can also be gained from this point.

Work began on the extension some time ago, but the ground work and weather permitted for an early summer opening. As soon as the track was ready, karts were exploring new lines and levels of grip. Stretton 2000 regulars were leaving the track with smiles all round and because of the extended track length, we are able to run more karts at the same time - meaning more action for you!
