For those of you wanting a simple session, look no further than the arrive and drive sessions. We give drivers the chance to simply drive the karts without the pressure of winning or losing. While all lap times are counted and recorded, there are no trophies and no winners or losers! Sessions can be either 15mins or 30mins and are run in all conditions day or night.
Sessions are started from the pitlane and run non-stop for the alloted time. Drivers are always given a full kart and safety brief, but the track walk is not required. Marshals are posted as with all sessions, although depending on the number of guests, we may chose to have marshals on track rather than stationed at corners.
These sessions are the ideal way for drivers to get to know the circuit and enjoy the experience of karting at speed. We also cater for young children in these sessions. Three dedicated childrens karts and a fleet of less powerful JB karts are available for the younger drivers. We also offer 1-2-1 lessons for all. Drivers are given a detailed briefing and taken on track by an experienced marshal. The driver is shown the racing line as well as tips and hints that will bring the times tumbling. Feed-back is constant and a full break-down - including times - is given at the end of the session. This is a real favourite with youngsters but also a worthwhile venture for dedicated petrol heads!
